4th/5th Grade Lead ESL Specialist
Hello, my name is Michelle Power. This is my 19th year in Pelham and my 25th year teaching. I earned my Bachelor's degree from the University of Montevallo and Master's degree from UAB.
I am a Pelham High School Alumni and proud to continue to make a difference in my hometown. I currently live in Pelham with my wonderful husband Adam and three amazing children: Maddie, Molly and Logan. We have a French Bulldog named Sawyer and a Tuxedo Cat named Tux.
I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, going to the lake, snow skiing and attending Alabama Athletic events. ROLL TIDE!!!
I have had the best time getting to know so many students and families as well as watching children get excited about learning. Looking forward to a WONDERFUL school year.
