PCS ConnectED is underway!
Our first class came together last night, and the energy and engagement in the room made it a great start! Participants began by meeting others in the group and discovering connections and common ground. They also learned more about Pelham City Schools through presentations on our school system, the role of the Board of Education, and how our schools are funded.
This is what PCS ConnectED is all about: bringing people together to build connections, encourage collaboration, and gain a deeper understanding of our school system. We’re looking forward to continuing the conversation and exploring different aspects of PCS each month!

Proceeds benefit the Pelham High School Cross Country and Track and Field programs. The weather backup date is September 26.

School safety is a year-round priority in Pelham City Schools. 💚
Last week, Pelham City Schools staff and our School Resource Officers attended the TAASRO Safe Schools Conference to learn, collaborate, and strengthen school safety practices. Assistant Superintendent Dr. Dorann Tanner was also selected to participate in specialized Project Unite training, a national initiative focused on proactive school safety, prevention, and early intervention.
The learning doesn't stop when the conference ends. We'll continue to plan and work together to ensure our schools remain safe and supportive for students and staff.

DON'T MISS IT! Our last Kindergarten Registration session will take place WEDNESDAY, April 8 from 3:30-6:00 p.m. at Pelham Oaks Elementary and Pelham Ridge Elementary. Parents should attend registration at the school where their student is zoned.
