Meagan Smith
Hello! My name is Meagan Smith and this is my fourth year teaching at Pelham Oaks. I am so excited and ready to have another great year! I previously taught 4th grade at McAdory Elementary for three years. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Alabama in 2012. As much as I loved it, I quickly learned something was missing in my career. So, I decided to complete my Master's Degree at UAB in Early Childhood/Elementary Education. It is truly one of the best decisions I have ever made!
I live in Hoover with my husband, Drew and sweet doggie, Laker. Sweet Stewart Ann joined our family in January of 2023. I enjoy traveling to new places, taking Laker on walks, reading, and spending time with family.
